Vit b12 bought Holland barret

I used to get Vit k2 from above to but read somewhere that I should source elsewhere .

I’m struggling at the moment with terrible CFS too so believe magnesium may help

Just want to optimise everything

The general advice on the forum is to buy quality supplements from Amazon. Holland and Barrett are cheap for a reason - lots of fillers. if you are on a phone/tablet - scroll down and down until you see 10 Related Posts similar to yours ! If you are on a PC then the list is to the right of this page :-) Lots of information there ....

VitD should be dosed according to results.

What are you current levels of vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12? Can you add your most recent results and ranges

As Marz says, online gives wider choice and usually better price.

Vitamin D - Better You vitamin D mouth spray is good as avoids poor gut function. You can get that in a H&B

Magnesium - calm vitality magnesium powder is cheap and widely available

Vitamin K2 Mk7 - lots online - Healthy Origins good brand

Vitamin B complex - Igennus Super B complex, or Jarrow B right

B12 - must be sublingual (eg Jarrow) or mouth spray (eg Better You)

Other possible supplements

Vitamin C, zinc, selenium

Good probiotic
