I just wondered if there was anyone taking Pregnenolone and to hear your experiences with it?
Dr M an ex GP who now ‘prescribes’ it as part of her protocol, recommended I take it due to 4-point saliva test showing a low cortisol and low DHEA ( just one within minimum) and to be honest, it has been quite life changing ( massively so, over thyroid medication t4 and t3 and b12 injections too) in terms of how I can think clearly again and can now get up in the mornings, like never before. The freshness behind the eyes that I did get with T3 is incredibly enhanced too.
My worry is that hair loss is a side effect, and I’m worried it’s adding to the existing hair loss problem I had ( but this was already worsening) and wondered if there’s anyone that uses Pregnenolone alongside emerita or similar progesterone cream?
thanks!

Hi Supermisshelen, I'm also interested in the benefits of pregnenolone. Your experience sounds wonderful. I am looking for an expert (endocrinologist) or medic with a holistic approach to treatment and was wondering if your Dr M had a private practice and if so would you be willing to message me directly with their contact details. That is I am assuming you are in the UK? all the best
