Advice for weight loss

My new blood results are

TSH 0.4 (0.2-4.2)

ft4 21 (12-22)

ft3 4.9 (3.1-6.8)

vit D 34 (20-60)

Is there anything I can change in my dosage to help with losing weight ? I keep gaining weight on levothyroxine. I am on 93,75mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg cytomel .

if not already on strictly gluten free diet and dairy free diet, it’s always worth trying these. At least 6-12 months

Was test done early morning and last 5mcg dose T3 approx 8-12 hours before test. Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Results suggest you might want slightly lower dose levothyroxine and increase T3 by 5mcg

Perhaps reduce levothyroxine by 12.5mcg 2 days a week

Retest in 6-8 weeks

Then if Ft3 is under 5-5.5 consider increasing T3 to 3 x 5mcg

Essential to test ferritin, folate and B12

Vitamin D could be higher …..nearer 40ng/ml (100nmol)
