Feeling okay on this dosage although still getting tired slump late afternoon. Endo thinks these results are perfect so no chance of increasing dose. Im guessing my TSH has gone below 1.0 as my vitamin levels have increased since last tests.
Taking Vit B complex, B12 sublingual, D3:K2 sublingual & magnesium daily as well as HRT.
Have to say since taking magnesium & D3:k2 stomach issues have improved greatly….for anyone struggling with constipation out there.
Have also been taking same brand levo, so 3 x 25’s until they run out then the 50 & halving another with pill cutter so im not mixing brands. Seems to be working so far.
At some stages in the last 7 months i never thought i was going to feel ‘normal’ again so a big thank you to everyone who gives such good advice & tips on this forum. Its good to not feel alone😀

I think your endo might be a diabetes specialist rather than a thyroid one, as your FT3 and FT4 are low in the range. A more enlightened endo would trial an increase (perhaps adding 25mcg in the afternoon) to see if this helps your energy slump.
Yes i think you might be right, i also have a feeling he is a ‘one size fits all’ endo. Certainly when i asked him about NDT once he told me its poison🙄.Slow dragon also suggested an increase maybe twice a week so maybe i will give that a go to see if it helps. Thanks for the suggestions.
