Help please with diagnosing these results please. Weight gain, mood and brain fog.

TSH 2.4 (Range 0.27 - 4.2)

FREE Thyroxine 17.3 (Range 12.0-22.0)

FREE T3 5.3 (Range 3.1- 6.8)

***Thyroidglobulin Antibody was flagged red at 156.0 (Range 0-115)***

Thyroid Peroxidasae Antibodies 26.1 (Range 0-34)

*** 25 OH Vitamin D was flagged red at 48 (Range 50-200) *** as Insufficient

Awaiting the REVERSE T3 should be back in a week

Active B12 at 162 (Range 25.1 - 165)

Folate serum 9.6 (Comments >2.9 if no change in dietary habits , a normal serum folate makes foalte deficiency unlikely)

Ferritin 77 (Range 13-150)

C Reactive protein 1.0 (Range <5.0)
