Hi Zoey, I imagine this is not news to you to see that all your levels are too low and, of course, your antibodies are too high. This can all be reversed though. Do you know about Hashimoto's Thyroiditis? Those antibodies mean your body is reacting probably due to gut inflammation. Gluten is often the cause and parts of your thyroid gland are being attacked.
If you look at related posts on the right, you may see Dr. Clark's videos in one of the responses as I post them quite often which explains the antibodies. This attack keeps the thyroid hormones from being put out and into your cells. You want to stop this attack and you may need to replace thyroid hormone in the meantime.
Your TSH is so high you are probably feeling badly. What does your doctor say?
Hi doctor has said nothing thanks
Zoey, your tests are abnormal for the most part. You probably need some sort of treatment. Are you going to try to do something yourself? We can help you. Do you feel badly?
I am going to go back to GP later tonight and insist I get treatment because of symptoms of sweats, goitre, dry skin, feeling cold, headaches, tiredness, muscle cramps, constipation, hair loss, puffy eyes and weight gain thanks
Very good and let us know what happens. Some doctors try a wait and see so don't be put off. You want your FT4 and FT3 to be in high in the reference ranges not just over the minimum. See if you can get a T4 and a T3 treatment rather than just levothyroxine (T4). Some don't do well on levo only. If you are in the UK, they can prescribe T3 but they may not want to.
Welcome to the forum, Zoey19.
You are hypothyroid because TSH is high and FT4 below range. FT3 is more stable than FT4 but will eventually drop unless FT4 is improved. It is low FT3 which causes hypothyroid symptoms. Have you been prescribed Levothyroxine?
Thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

Hi I haven't been prescribed levothyroxine thanks
Zoey19,
Well, you should be. See your GP as soon as possible. NICE recommends 50mcg - 100mcg as a starting dose. I think 50mcg would be adequate. cks.nice.org.uk/hypothyroid...
