To be able to comment on your results we need the reference ranges please, these vary from lab to lab so can't interpret results without the ranges that come with them.
How much D3 do you take and what is your current level. Do you take Vit K2-MK7 as an important cofactor of D3 as well as magnesium?
Was copper tested and that's why you take a copper supplement?
What about zinc? Zinc and copper should be balanced, was that tested as well?
I would contact the endo's secretary and ask for the reference ranges. Results are useless without them. All we can tell you is that your TSH is suppressed, we have absolutely no idea about FT4 and FT3. For example, my NHS lab range is 7-17 so your result would be 50% through range; however, we often see 12-22 so it would be below range.
If you haven't tested copper why do you take it? We Hypos tend to have one low and the other high, so testing before supplementing with either zinc or copper is sensible to ensure we need it and are taking the right one.
