Lots of room to increase your FT3. Maybe try an extra 5mcg T3 and retest in 6-8 weeks. Remember last dose of Levo 24 hours before test, last dose of T3 8-12 hours before test.
On day before blood test split T3 into 3 smaller doses at roughly 8 hour intervals
Last 1/3rd of daily T3 dose at roughly 8-12 hours before test
Important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Just taking Vit D3. I have other supplements from a nutritionist but tbh I have no idea what they are.ni know that is bad but she prescribed them so I bought them.
How much vitamin D are you currently taking
Suggest you reduce dose slightly. 158nmol vitamin D is at top of range
Exactly what vitamin supplements has nutritionist recommended
Obviously you need B12, folate and ferritin levels tested
I only take one drop of Vit D3 everyday, do maybe I should reduce it to 3x per week? I am not even sure if they are Vit? These are the names, if they mean anything to you, they don't to me. GTA food supplement, CALM magnesium, NAC dietary Supplement, Essential Probiotics,, Vit D drops. Will the Endocrinologist test those for me or do I have to do those at my own cost?
Unlikely that endocrinologist will test folate, ferritin and B12 ...they might ...ask that they are tested
When supplementing vitamin D we need magnesium
