Same brand I assume. Prescribed or self sourced? Is it Thyroid-S?
I've read something very recently about Thyroid-S, the manufacturers apparently have said that each batch varies so you need to get your blood tested after starting each new batch, or if you go by symptoms then increase/decrease if needed.
No worries thank you, I guess it could be outside influences as well, I was just putting it out to the group in case someone else had a similar experience.
This is not an exact science - there are so many things going on in your body it could be anything - it was a cold day and you burned more NDT as an example - I would not worry about numbers - if your Dr is happy and you feel good leave it alone. If you feel poorly experiment with going up or down slightly and see which makes you feel better. Thyroid hormones are a goldilocks drug. The difference between feeling great or feeling like garbage is tiny and the best way to optimize things is by experimenting on your self.
Thanks so much I know your absolutely right , I have felt not as good as when I first started taking my increase, but I have had a couple of busy trips away which might be the case. I will take your advise and slightly increase/decrease and see how I feel.
