Resources in Ireland and advice

Hello all. Greetings from Limerick Ireland. Please excuse my long, rambling post i am hoping someone can pm me the name of a gp and also a consultant in Ireland and also any advice on how to proceed. My history: I have had a goitre for appromiately 30 years. It developed after the birth of my second child when I was 37 but I think I had hypo and hyperthyroid symptoms for years before that tied in with allergies, severe asthma and other issues. Before my.menopause, at age 57, my goitre would become slightly enlarged and feel hot before my period. My periods were very difficult. I had excruciating pain, heavy bleeding and mood changes. The goitre has since gotten smaller. Several years ago I had my TSh, free t3 and t4, and antibodies tested while visiting relatves in the US. The GP there thought I might have subclincal hypothyroidism.I did not have vitamins tested. Since my symptoms seemed to come and go I tried acupuncture and exercise which helped. Because of the pandemic, I have been less active and my anxiety, fogginess, waking early and anxious came back. A few dsys sgo, I saw my GP who would only do a very basic blood test. TSH, 2.0, free t4, 15.6, (10.5-22.8), vit D, 74, (over 50 sufficient. Iron 14,(9-30). No free t3, antibodies or other vitamins were tested. I intend to get a full test with all vitamins as soon as I can find a place here in Ireland. I think I have symptoms of both hypo and hyperthyroid. Loss of hair everywhere except on my head. Eyebrows mostly gone. Extreme anxiety and fogginess which seems to worsen along with. my allergies and sinuses. But no extreme weight loss or gain. I take 1,000 vit D and vit B12. Thank you so much everyone.
