I had my bloods done last week and had a phone call yesterday from the Doctors saying they want to reduce my thyroxine (Teva) from 100 to 75 micrograms. please advise I will get a Medicheck test done for B12 ,iron and Folate done this week. I appreciate your help.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I did not get my bloods done until 11 am but I made sure my last thyroxine was not taken the morning before , I told them I did not want to reduce down ,so they said to have another blood test done in 8 weeks time ,last time they reduced me 75 m I was so ill . I notice I typed LeeLee I am Lizlee and have sort help from Thyroid UK before.

Do you mean you didn't take your Levo before the test on the day, or you didn't take it on the morning of the day before? That makes a big difference.
If you took it as normal the day before the time gap would be about 24 hours which is what we advice. If you didn't take it the day before the time gap would be nearer 48 hours which is far too long and gives a false low result. So if you didn't take it the day before and last dose was about 48 hours before the test then a false low FT4 of 25.4 means your normal level would be quite a bit higher.
I take one 400 IU tablet a day Colecalciferol and Omega 3 1000mg and 100 micrograms of Teva Thyroxine , since I had Covid a few months ago I am tired all the time and have lost 10 Kg in weight which I am quite happy with ,still over weight from before I got Hashi's .I will get the full Vit B , D Iron and folate tested by Medicheck.
