I have been taking magnesium glycinate for the past 3 months,, but unfortunately bought some with extra rubbish!
I was looking for a better alternative and came across a 'which magnesium' site .
It said magnesium glycinate was good for depression, anxiety and general well being. Well thats me!
It also said magnesium threonate was good for memory and cognitive decline. Well I'm 67, my memory is rubbish and my mum had dementia So thats me too!
So any suggestions where to go from here as I am confused. I need to get it sorted as I am getting cramp in bed since I ran out.
