Confused about seeds!

Can anyone please tell me if seeds are good or bad for under active thyroid?

I’m so confused as I have been reading that they are really great for you and then the next article tells me that they are really bad for you?

I have a cupboard full of chai, linseed, pumpkin, sunflower seeds etc!

Help!

I eat all those in moderation and don't have a problem.

I have Hashi and eat all these seeds with no problems too, though usually not whole, I grind them to add to my GF bread, biscuits and cakes and mix into yogourt

Thanks. I was thinking I might make some breakfast bars?

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are in my daily muesli, I add extra fruit, nuts and seeds to a bought muesli mix.

Thanks. I have lots of various packets and plan to make some kind of meal bars but then read opposing advice? I’m going to do it as they are healthy aren’t they?

I don't think they're either good or bad. But, have you perhaps been reading about some of them being goitrogenic? If so, ignore it. It doesn't apply to people on thyroid hormone replacement.

Perhaps that’s what it was? Thanks
