Vitamin K2 Recommendation.

I have been using Vitabay K2 tablets since they discontinued the drops which I loved. Now the tablets seem to have disappeared too. Any suggestions what to buy next that doesn’t have too much junk in as Amazon seems to have hundreds!! Thank you.

I buy a bottle to keep in stock when I notice it's available on Amazon, I find it's the only way to do it - jump in when they have it. They currently have Vegavero - I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it's the same - all Trans form, no nasties, contains ground linseed as a filler which contains fat so aids absorption. They are 200mcg dose size capsules so as 100mcg daily is enough for up to 10,000iu D3 I just take one on alternate days

Grab one whilst in stock as they're like Vitabay - go AWOL for a while!

However, if you prefer the liquid then look at Vitamaze drops which are all Trans:

That's not the all Trans form, as the OP has been using Vitabay then she's been taking the all Trans form.

I know shes looking for the all trans but I figured since its based on natural food ie fermented chickpeas it could be an option.
