Hi guys,
So I have recently had my bloods done and some very helpful and appreciated guidance from your good selves.
I have used the Grassroots Vit D calculator as advised and it has given me the following numbers based on my stats and blood results.
Loading dose - 25,000 iu per day x 10
Followed by a
Maintenance dose - 8,000 or 10,000 iu per day to reach the optimal target of 150 nmol/L
I am looking for advice on how to achieve this amount per day considering I haven't found any Vit D +K2 combination sprays or tablets over 3000iu by Better Health as recommend.
I'm probably missing something here and would appreciate any guidance.
