So I have recently had my bloods done and some very helpful and appreciated guidance from your good selves.
I have used the Grassroots Vit D calculator as advised and it has given me the following numbers based on my stats and blood results.
Loading dose - 25,000 iu per day x 10
Followed by a
Maintenance dose - 8,000 or 10,000 iu per day to reach the optimal target of 150 nmol/L
I am looking for advice on how to achieve this amount per day considering I haven't found any Vit D +K2 combination sprays or tablets over 3000iu by Better Health as recommend.
I'm probably missing something here and would appreciate any guidance.

So would I be right in thinking the Grassroots calculation is not so accurate then? As based on a target level of 125nmol as suggested by yourself it is suggesting
5-7000iu per day maintenance
25,000iu per day 8 days loading.
I think I'll start with 3000iu per day as suggested by yourself and get the Better You Spray combo with K2.
I was almost deficient last year I took Better you 3000 but didn’t like the acacia in it otherwise it was ok.
I realised I need to supplement all year not have a break in Spring which I did previously 🤦🏻♀️ and stopped 4wks before my test was done I was supplementing just October-April 🙄
I found this brand great and I take this, no nasties and it’s increased my levels to good level now just in almost one year, it’s cheaper if you subscribe and can to your needs, I do and means don’t run out.
I use cheapo D3 (5,000 IU) + K2 tablets from an eBay seller. I took them daily for about a month as my loading dose, and have continued with them, every other day. GP tested me as 99 nmol/L (was down at 26 nmol/L from private test, before loading dose).
