My temperature fluctuates wildly from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour. It isn't unusual for my temperature to be sub 35 degree C, like today. When it is I am so cold I am shivering. However, any attempt to warm myself up - taking hot shower, hot water bottle, turn heating up etc - just makes me feel sick and nauseous.
Does anyone else get this?
Any tips?

I get it regularly, thinking back I’m sure it was one of the earliest signs that my thyroid was struggling. My poor son and my hubby could be roasting and I’d be wearing several layers and sitting by the fire. I’m still freezing for most of the year, but if we get a hot spell I really struggle, and I’m used to being outdoors all the time. I’m hoping that things will improve once I get my meds and supplements right.
