Here are my blood test results, not all have ranges though, which is annoying.
Vitamin D 172 nmol/L no range. Said it is high and I should stop taking it as too much can be harmful and there can be no more benefit derived from continuing to take it.
Cholesterol profile
5.8 mmol/L( no range included)
HDL 1mmol/L( no range included)
Non HDL 4.8 mmol/L (no range included)
Triglycerides 3.31 mmol/L ( no range)
Said I am at increased risk of cardiovascular disease, and should consider diet and lifestyle changes.
HBa1C 36mmol/L ( no range). No concerns about blood sugar levels.
Thyroid
TSH 0.02mu/L(0.27 - 4.2)
T4 31.5pmol/L (12 - 22)
T3 4.2 (3.1 - 6.8)
Said I may have central hypothyroidism but nothing about reducing dosage of levo but that TSH is most important parameter of thyroid function. Looking at my t4, I am not converting well and it is "pooling "as, previous result in January was 5.8 ( 12 - 22) when I was taking a tiny dose of propranolol.
Any thoughts, advice or suggestions most welcome.

To be honest and I've only just realised that I took my levo at 6am that morning and did the test about 11ish but nothing to eat beforehand. I am currently taking Better you vitamin d + k2 oral spray which 3000iu and also take actimel which has small amount of vit d in. Not currently taking any other vitamins was taking Igennus super b complex but not taken since beginning of October. Stopped taking vit b complex because of October blood test and just didn't start again. Must admit that I'm shocked by how high my vit d is but happy to stop or cut down, what do you think?
Last ft4 result was 21.9(10.0-20.0) in October and am now taking 80mg Propranolol SR, so sure that's having a big impact on my t4 and t3 levels. One thing is for sure though, I'm not overmedicated as,my t3 is only at 4.2(3.1-6.8), so at least I know that and god help them if they suggest lowering my dose, as I'll go ballistic. As far as vit d is concerned, I will start taking it alternate days, as I know from past experience that it will plummet if I stop taking it completely. I have made the decision to go on a combined HRT patch and believe that my levo dose may actually need to be increased as when oestrogen declines, it can appear that hypothyroidism is going the opposite way and replacing the oestrogen can lower thyroid levels again. Hoping HRT will help with mainly the psychological symptoms of menopause and I might get back to being something close to my old self again.
But I would say if you were taking LESS propranolol you could possibly take slightly less levothyroxine …..and Ft3 likely to improve
Propranolol slows uptake and conversion of Ft4 to Ft3
I can’t imagine how you function on 80mg propranolol….I tried 80mg very briefly it was like wading through treacle….I had hard enough time on 40mg ….took almost 9 months to ween off just 40mg - was on 4 x 10mg 20 years
Well, my heart rate has been high for over 18 months now and I get palpitations especially when I'm lying in bed before going to sleep. I was off Propranolol completely but it does seem to keep my anxiety at bay and keeps my heart rate lower. I guess I'm just destined to be on it permanently and have come to terms with that, unless of course the HRT has the desired effect and my anxiety lessens considerably and then I might be able to come off them again. It took me 14 months to get off them as it is. Will have to see how my levels are in a few months time and go from there.
Do you think it makes a difference? I ask because I didn't get a benefit until I started using it on the skin (couldn't absorb much taken orally, so used everything I could as sprays or lotions, split capsules and put on skin etc). If you are getting benefit, great, but if not could be worth trying magnesium flakes in bath/foot bath or oil spray/lotion. Better You are good but no doubt there are others. Cheers
Well, without it I would be horribly constipated so yes I am definitely benefitting from it. Take one teaspoonful in warm water every night, which is half recommended daily dose as too much causes diahorrea.
