I’ve been doing well on jarrow sublingual b12 and Igennus super b complex, however, I’m sure I read on here that igennus is no longer recommended as a multi B? I’m about to order more but just want to check I’m getting a good brand. Also came across a jarrow product with folate - us that a better option? Any info on sublingual drops would be helpful too. Many thanks.

Igennus Super B contains Vit C, this stops the body using B12, they should be taken 2 hours apart. So the B12 in the Igennus probably wont be absorbed and if you continue with the Igennus you should take it 2 hours away from your B12 supplement.
In your post 3 months ago you gave this result for Active B12:
B12 164 (25.1-165)
You do not need to take a separate B12 supplement. Once Active B12 goes over 100 (or Total B12 over 550pg/ml) then you drop the separate B12 and just continue with B Complex.
I don't know what the Jarrow product with folate is. If it's Jarrow B Right then I personally wouldn't take it, I don't like the balance of the amounts of individual ingredients and it contains two types of B6 totalling 35mg. It's said that the safe amount of B6 to take regularly should be no more than 10mg daily.
My preference is Thorne Basic B and I've done very well on that - 1 capsule daily and it contains the right amount of B6 in the recommended form 10mg of Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate. It also contains 400mcg methylcobalamin which should maintain your already exceptional level of B12.

Can you link me to the evidence for this, please, Susie.

Both the above do not recommend stopping b12 supplementation if you are deficient.
My personal experience is that I need regular supplementation regardless of blood serum levels.
B12 deficiency and hypothyroidism are comorbidities and have many similar symptoms and both are often associated with, or are, autoimmune conditions. I do not know why they seem so intertwined with each other in some people. It seems unlikely to be a coincidence?
It would be interesting to know if you find out more about the cause of your deficiency.
Best wishes.
