Reasonably priced Super B Complex with delivery to Ireland

Hi

I live in Ireland and am trying to find Igennus Super B Complex with reasonable shipping rates. Igennus themselves are charging €12.95 for 60 tablets with €18.95 shipping (the same price to ship to Beijing, China😒 ) Bodykind in the UK, who I've ordered from before don't seem to ship to Ireland anymore and Ubuy.ie, who have Irish domain name but I think they're in the US, charge €17 for 60 tabs with €23.25 shipping. Finally Amazon UK (as Amazon Germany stocks the brand but not the B Vitamins) charges £9.99/€12 but it's currently unavailable. I have ordered from Amazon UK in the past and had it shipped to a warehouse address in Northern Ireland and forwarded to my address from thery don't operate anymore.

My question is, are there any other brands with same level ingrediants as Igennus or do I just watch Amazon UK like a hawk and pray?!

Finally I saw this on the Igennus site:

**Please note - we are updating the formula for EU & UK customers. 60 tablet count contains the original formula (20mg vitamin B6 per adult serving). 180 tablet count contains the new formula (10mg vitamin B6 per adult serving). US customers will receive the original formula for both size bottles**

Does it have to be Igennus? Is the B12 in a B Complex important - if so then Igennus contains Vit C and this should be taken 2 hours away from B12 as it keeps the body from using it.

Interesting, I didn't realise. No it doesn't have to be Igennus, it just has to be a small tablet, I'm wuss!

I like Thorne Basic B and it was on offer on Amazon last week at a good price but it's at £20.99 today. It is a capsule though but you could open the capsule and tip the powder out.

Maybe have a mooch through some other brands but make sure they contain methylcobalamin and methylfolate not cyanocobalamin and folic acid.

Hi SeasideSusie I was just on the iHerb site and they don't seem to have the Thorne Basic B but the Stress B Complex for only €19.37 and free shipping to Ireland with spend of €50 which is excellent value. I can't copy and paste ingredient listing because of technical difficulities (brain fog!) but the only difference I can see is lower B12 amount which I can take seperately.

I personally wouldn't take the Stress B, it has 28.4mg B6 and the recommended daily amount for regular use is 10mg.

I did find Basic B there

Thorne Basic B or Jarrow B Right are recommended options that contains folate, but both are large capsules.

You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule

I do this

I must say I’ve been taking Igennus Super B for a couple of years with no problem. My latest 60 tab box contains 10 mg per 2 tablet serving. I only take 1 tablet per day and it works well for me despite the Vitamin C content. Very happy with it and don’t want to change.

Not what you're looking for?
