Vitamin supplement advice please

Hello folks

Igennus super B complex with folate and your finest Cornish scrumpy (will let your imaginations connect those)

Bought these last month along with Vit D spray but only took one today.I eat a lot of spinach as it is and I’m wondering if it’s normal?

They say with supplements you pass the majority but from where I’m STANDING it doesn’t look right (geez the dribble I come away with)

One thing is for sure there’s no asparagusic acid in the ingredients!

Spinach doesn't contain all the B vits - no B12 for a start. And, the trouble with food is that it has to be digested, and hypos often have trouble with that. Hence the supplements. Hypos often have low stomach acid, which makes digestion, and therefore absorbtion, difficult. So, I doubt you can get all you need from a bowl of spinach.

My name has absolutely nothing to do with vodka.

One man's healthy is another man's junk food. The word means very little. But, healthy or junky, it still needs to be digested to be of any benefit, and that's where hypos fall down. And, if you're taking B12 drops, you also need a B complex because the Bs all work together and need to be kept balanced. So, if I were you, I'd carry on with the Iggenus. :)

I never meant to insinuate your name was connected to vodka I just connected the Greygoose vodka to sleep

Yup one man/woman’s kink is another man/woman’s revolt. My kink is a 100% dark caoco I love it!

But every man/woman’s healthy is what suits there own metabolism and brings them up to optimum health in body mind and spirit immaterial of healthy approach or spiritual beliefs
