I have posted on here a few times but not recently as feeling so unwell.Dry skin face ears, chills, nausea , headache, sweating and exhaustion. I have a toxic nodule which was treated with Carbimazole rather than surgery. These are my results ,my TSH has been suppressed for years. Free T4 10.7 (7.5-21.1). Free T3 4.8 (3.8- 6.0) . These results are from October. Results in July were Free T4 9.6 and Free T3 5.1. I would appreciate your thoughts on these. Thankyou

You’re not on any replacement thyroid hormones….just Carbimazole
Please add most recent vitamin results
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common with any thyroid disease
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Thanks for taking the time to answer me, I haven't taken Carbimazole for six months , I am not on any medication. Antibodies have not been tested since November 2019 and they were low . Can't put my hand to the other results at the moment but Vit D was ok , I take a supplement regardless. I did notice my folate was on the low side. I was just wondering if these( normal results) are to low for me. My TSH has been suppressed for over twenty years. Just doesn't alter.??
