Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking

Is this always same brand at each prescription

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Vitamin levels look good

High thyroid antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s

Presumably you knew that you have Hashimoto’s ?

Have you had coeliac blood test done

If not get tested before trialing strictly gluten free diet, if not already gluten free

Ft4 is only 56% through range

Ft3 currently very low at 22% through range

Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range

chorobytarczycy.eu/kalkulator

At moment GP will only look at low TSH and refuse to increase dose

Suggest you retest again in another 8 weeks

Likely to see TSH rising so can get next dose increase in levothyroxine

Most people when adequately treated will have Ft4 at least around 60-70% through range and Ft3 at least 50% through range

See if Ft3 is improving at next test

Many thanks for your kind help
