I've just had my results back from my thyroid blood test and it's not what I expected. I've been taking 150mg of Thyrovanz, based on this I think I should be taking nothing. I was diagnosed with Hashi's in 2016 and started taking Thyrovanz in 2018. Any advice gratefully received. BTW, I feel ok! I stopped all supplements except for the NDT 2 weeks before the blood test, it was taken fasting 12 hours after my last dose of Thyrovanz.

Thanks for your super speedy response 🥰 I was taking extra folate and B12 as they were both low 12 months ago so I will stop those now and go to a maintenance dose multi. Iron also was low last year, so I was taking solgar gentle iron 3 x a week - looks like I can stop that too. I do take a vitamin D capsule 3 x a week so I could increase that. I will drop my Thyrovanz by 50mg down to 100mg from today and see what it is in a couple of months. Thanks again.
Hi there, the only thyroid med I take is 150mg of Thyrovanz, I've never had levothyroxine or any prescription for thyroid, the last dose was 13 hours before (6pm) and the test was done 7am in the morning before eating or drinking. I'll reduce by 25mg 😀
