I was taking 100
unithroid
and t3 5mcg 2x/day. So after monitoring Bp all was fine and my Endo said let's keep with one dose t3. I did that for a whole year, I immediately felt worse with hypo symptoms.

Cytomel side effects
My cytomel was recently increased to 5 mcg 1/2 tablet 3 times day and Synthroid 75 changed to
unithroid
50. It has been 10 days and I am still not feeling well. I just feel unwell and feel the ups and downs of cytomel. Many changes recently due to feeling unwell .

Now I guess I am just a little bit concerned and was hoping for some insight of course, I am still in the process of testing my blood every six weeks and seeing where my levels land , I am on 137 mg of
Unithroid
. The last time my TSH was measured it was seven.

Thyroid medication Rx in the UK
I have been on brand name
Unithroid
and generic t3 meds, Liothyronine, for about 5 years now and my levels have stayed consistent and really great. I tend not to do well when I switch medications.

Got Blood Test Results and need feedback
Taking T4 (
unithroid
) 88 mcg and Cytomel 35 mcg split ((25 mcg at midnight and 10 mcg at 1 pm. )) I followed the protocol used on this site before getting tested. ie. no Biotin 7 days, wait 8-12 hrs after taking T3, etc etc.

Private labs showing high levels need advice
I take
Unithroid
, or cut down both? When I get the lab work done from the Doctor,in 3 weeks, I will do the testing 24 hour after my levo and 8-12 hours after last dose of cytomel. I dont want the endo to cut back my meds too much if it shows high results.

Newbie needs help please - new to the meds (T4 and T3) and this forum
The endo will not increase the liothyronine past 10 mcg so agreed to include
Unithroid
25 mcg (levo) – So I will take both meds at 12:30 am with water only. He also said he doesn’t know or understand why the levels decreased after 90 days taking T3.

Both generic brand levo and
unithroid
have seemed to make me feel significantly worse after taking it.
Synthroid I've felt quite a bit better & stronger in certain stretches but inconsistent
. Some stretches I REALLY thought I was getting better.

Endo wants to switch me to Unithroid
Has anyone tried this brand before? She claims it's good quality, gluten-free, and only $3 a month and her patients have had good reviews of it. I'm currently on synthroid for about 6 weeks and results have been up and down so far (I was pretty sick when I started).
