ARMOUR THYROID
If an endocrinologist prescribed for you I don't think the doctor can withdraw your NDT. Unfortunately recently NDTs; were also banned from being prescribed.
If your GP refused Armour, ask if he would prescribe T3 (probably wont as cost has also risen astornomically). No harm in asking.

Alternatively trying levothyroxine and making sure that all four vitamins optimal and , if Hashimoto’s m trying strictly gluten free diet too
The aim of levothyroxine is to increase dose upwards until Ft4 is in top third of range and Ft3 at least half way through range (regardless of how low TSH is)
Extremely important to have optimal vitamin levels too as this helps reduce symptoms and improve how levothyroxine works
I feel for you. I need a mix of NDT and Levothyroxine to feel well. Sadly my endocrinologist won’t prescribe it so I pay £120 for 3 months supply from the US. So unfair.Thai thyroid is cheaper but currently unavailable. In my opinion it works better than Armour.
Fingers crossed that you can be prescribed T3.
