My latest results on 20 mcg lio and 25mcg Levo 3days a week and 32mcg Levo 4 days a week. My lab results are as follow TSH (0.36-3.74) my value 0.03 my FT4 (0.76-1.46) my value 0.72 my FT3 (2.2-4.0) my value 3.2 My vitamin D (30-100) my value 73 vitamin B12 (200-1,320) my value 523 Ferritin (7-137) my value 185. I have a virtual appointment on Tuesday and I am thinking a increase of Levothyroxine to 50mcg would be the next step. Do you all think that is the logical next step to take. My doctor is a good doctor but lacks Hashimoto experience so we are figuring this out together and would love some input from some of you more educated Hashimoto patients. Thanks in advance for all you do to help people this board is truly making a positive difference in people’s lives and I feel blessed to have found it.

Sounds sensible to me - your free T4 is below range and I, for one, like it nice and high. Are you boosting vit D now it's coming up to winter?

I am taking 6,000 IU of vitamin D currently and I am planning on boosting when no longer sunny. We are still enjoying some sun where I live.

your ferritin is very high which would point to inflammation

I am currently having a mini Hashimoto flare so that could be the cause.

Do you mean you are taking 20mcg T3 everyday?

As single dose, or divided into 2 or 3 Split doses

Was last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test and last 5mcg dose T3 roughly 8-12 hours before test?

Yes would agree Ft4 is too low, needs to increase to 50mcg daily and retest in 6-8 weeks

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet

Yes I take t3 everyday and I split it into 2 doses and as for testing I did do it the recommended way. I have been strictly gluten free now for about 4 months.
