We can only interpret blood tests when you add the reference ranges (these vary from lab to lab).

If you can please edit your post to add the ranges we can help.

To edit your post click on MORE then EDIT, make changes then click EDIT RESPONSE.

doc who will not refer her

Who is it she's hoping to be referred to? An endocrinologist?

Presumably she is still taking 100mcg Levo?

Did she do the test no later than 9am before eating or drinking anything but water?

Did she take last dose of Levo 24 hours before test?

Free T4 21.8. 10.8 - 25.4

TSH 0.92. 0.27 - 4.20

With these results an endocrinologist would refuse the referral anyway because they're within range.

For a full picture she needs

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies (if they've not been done before, if she has a diagnosis of Hashimoto's there's no point in repeating antibody test)

The problem with just testing TSH and FT4 is that you have no idea if she's converting T4 (the storage hormone) to T3 (the active hormone which every cell in our bodies need. If her FT3 is low (which would suggest poor conversion) then that will cause symptoms regardless of how good her FT4 looks.

Ferritin Level 32 13 -150 ug/l

This is low and low ferritin can suggest iron deficiency so she needs an iron panel. From the results posted they don't seem to suggest anaemia, and you can have iron deficiency without anaemia.

Her GP will say that her ferritin is within range but it's only 13.87% through range which you can see is pretty poor.

Article about ferritin and hypothyroidism, plus symptoms of low ferritin:

drhedberg.com/ferritin-hypo...

Symptoms of low ferritin include:

◾Weakness

◾Fatigue

◾Difficulty concentrating

◾Poor work productivity

◾Cold hands and feet

◾Poor short-term memory

◾Difficulty remembering names

◾Dizziness

◾Pounding in the ears

◾Shortness of breath

◾Brittle nails

◾Headaches

◾Restless legs

She should also have Vit D, B12 and folate tested, this would complete the core nutrients that are important to be optimal when hypothyroid.

WBC 6.7 4/11/1059/L

RBC 4.59 3.8 - 5.8 infec results 10/5/12 L

I'm not really understanding these so can't comment.
