The only thing out of range is the Vit D test, everything else is classed as normal because they're in range.

Can I refer you back to your previous post here from 4 months ago:

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....

If you re-read it I gave you all the information you need about Vit D, so I imagine you haven't been taking the amount suggested otherwise your level should have increased far more than it has.

Can I also mention that in reply to your previous post, it was pointed out that posting results the way you have is very hard on the eyes and difficult to read and pick out the actual test/result/range, I particularly find this difficult. All we need is just the name of the test, result and reference range. All of us here are patients with problems of one kind or another and simplifying the reading of test results is a great help, so perhaps in future you could help responders by simplify it by posting like this:

TSH: 3.25 miu/L [0.35 - 4.94]

etc

Sorry. I’d copy it and pasted it normal. Because I find it easier.

Yes I realise it's a copy and paste job but you could just delete the unnecessary text after you've pasted it so that it's much easier on the eye for anyone who wishes to respond.

I’ve tryed a spray before. It didn’t move it either. Went out a lot in the summer in the sun. I’d take centrum multigummies it’s moving it but slowly.

Centrum anything are a waste of money, Buy a decent brand at the level you actually need. Needs to be a spray or oil emulsion to avoid absorption problems. You also need K2 and magnesium.

Well it’s good to hear they’re following it up. As Susie said the vit D is low, but maybe if you’ve been to see him with a list of symptoms, he’s following it up to see if they need to do some other test.

As mentioned, the secretary is admin and can read your results like you can and has not been to medical school.

Why would you believe what a shorthand typist had to say? That's all a medical secretary is
