Amazon Delivery of Super B Complex

Hello

Would anyone know why amazon UK will not deliver Vitamin B Complex to either a Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland address, both with post codes even though the Better You Vitamin B12 in the same order doesn't seem to be a problem. This supplement is not on their list of restricted deliveries and I have turned off my location on my laptop and associated apps. TIA Siobhan

Does it say "This item cannot be delivered to your chosen location"? That often happens to me. I don´t know why, because we are talking about supplements and healthcare products that are absolutely legal where I live. But for some reason, not all products ship to all countries. If you get this message, you will get a link to other sellers who might ship to your area. Or try to find suppliers doing a google search. I´ve managed to order products many times that way although I could not find any seller on Amazon delivering to my country. The product you mention should be fairly easy to find elsewhere.

@chrissie0771 Yes exactly, that's the message. I only use the Northern Ireland address (Parcel Motel) to avoid the high shipping to the Republic of Ireland but found it strange they refused both. I guess I'll search elsewhere but really wanted the Igennus Super B that's highly recommended here.

Hi Thanks for reply. I did look but Amazon had deal and l also joined month free trial of Prime which l didn't realise l could do from ROI so free delivery too!

That is weird as I ordered exactly the same product on the same free prime trial and had no probs whatsoever with delivery - hope you get it sorted

Thanks for your reply. It was the way l had set up my address in my account not the products. But it was a little odd as l had no problem the week before with other orders.

What about a different seller? I've just checked Ebay and sellers on there don't exclude Northern Ireland or the Republic in their list of exclusions.

SeasideSusie Thanks for reply. I will ask Amazon for answer. I found same brand on Your Nutrition Shop but Amazon have offer at the moment so I was just trying to get deal!

Yes, Amazon's price is very good at the moment, my daughter ordered 2 @ £8.56 yesterday, I think Ebay's cheapest is £10.54 with free delivery.

Update: My own stupidity! I had used BT Post Code with Country Republic of Ireland in account details. Sorted now, Amazon Customer Service very helpful. Still puzzled as got two deliveries from Amazon to this address on Friday without problem but hey ho!
