Resent blood tests (after a month when my tsh got 30) I was on no medication for a month and my endo said I should start again

Tsh 0,07 (0,3-4,5)

T3 1,65 (0,8-1,90)

Ft4 1,31 (0,8-1,76)

Tsi 2,11 (<1,75)

What kind of medication were you on before? For over- or for under-active thyroid? It sounds like you were on meds for over-active thyroid and your TSH went way up, so you stopped. Looks like they have normalized for now.

I was for over and I stopped medication for a month

My endo worries that I’ll swipe again and she said to start on low dose
