Latest blood test results query increase needed?

I have just had bloods done. Last bloods back in Feb TSH was 1.86 no T4 on that test- forgot to note with private GP.

Previous To this in Jan TSH 2.96 and T4 17. 9 ( range 12-22)

Last week- bloods TSH 1.89 and T4 15.6. I did the recommended and no Levo 24 hours up to test although was done in afternoon as only time I could get for appt.

Also, I was diagnosed Hashi due to high antibodies earlier in the year.

My Vits were tested and there’s been an improvement in Vit D from 15 to 75. Iron etc all towards upper third in range.

I currently take 75mcg of Levo and Triple B vits, 3000 Better you Vit D spray and magnesium and Vit C

My question: I’m feeling under par (not anyway near as bad as I was) and thinking whether I need an increase in Levo as my T4 is low in range and TSH still ‘high’ as described in many posts on here.

I have sufficient meds to increase by 25mcg, but am wondering if a 12mcg for a few weeks first? I have started this anyway this week but thought I’d ask. Is it likely I could still feel a bit rough initially with an increase?

I weigh 60kg so know there is no danger of getting over medicated. I’ve also recently changed from HRT tablets to gel so wondering if this is feeding into everything.

Any thoughts/ advice very much appreciated?
