You need to increase your vitamin D supplement

How much are you currently taking?

Vitamin D result is presumably in ng/ml units

Aiming to improve to at least 35ng/ml and around 40ng/ml may be better (40ng/ml = 100nmol UK units )

Can you add the ranges on your Ft4 and Ft3 results

Every lab has different ranges

Eg

Ft4 14 (9-19)

Vitamin C can help support adrenals....may help improve low iron levels..if iron or ferritin are low

Suggest taking vitamin C after breakfast

Vitamin D should be at least four hours away from taking levothyroxine. Taking with food to help absorption
