Hi, I have previously been on this site but my email address linked to it was closed 🙈 My thyroid nightmare started with Graves Disease, had iodine treatment which resulted in an underactive thyroid but I still dont feel great without T3, I'm taking 100 T4 and 6.25 T3 but I'm now thinking of changing to T3 only. I'm also coeliac so follow a very strict gluten free diet. I'm looking for someone to message by private message a reputable source for T3, I've previously had from Mexico, but was looking for another supplier in Europe. I dont have any current blood work but I'm due my annual check and will post results when I get them. Many thanks In advance.

Do you ha e your last blood results. And please amend you post to state ‘By PM only’ as per the rules as we can’t give supplier details on the open forum

If your previous post was asking for information of where to source T3, then it would be closed as the guidelines state that no information is to be posted on the open forum.

However, members who have information regarding sourcing T3 would have sent you a Private Message and a red 'bubble' would appear on the top line i.e. across from home.

6.25mcg is very small addition. Many people take 15mcg (18.75mcg) or 20mcg (25mcg) alongside levothyroxine

Often as 3 x 5mcg (or 6.25mcg) doses spread through the day

Getting bloods tested BEFORE changing

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

Depending on your actual results...

Suggest you try adding 2nd 6.25mcg dose of T3 roughly 8-12 hours after first dose

Retest in further 6-8 weeks

Assuming all ok....add third 6.25mcg dose T3. Spread the three doses at equal 8 hour gaps

Retest 6-8 weeks later
