T4 has stopped again even with dose increase

Hey guys I hope everyone is doing well.

For those of you who remember or know I have been on 50mcg for just over 2 months and it hasn’t helped so I’ve tapered off again completely.

I was going to return to 25 much after a short break to see if I get the good feeling I normally do short term but not sure how long I should leave before reintroducing. Still very confused as to why t4 at 25mcg works so well for the first few weeks (after a long break).

Anyway this time I feel the good affects wearing off I want to introduce small doses of t3 so would appreciate some reliable sources via pm if possible.
