I have Hashimoto's disease and unknowingly been seriously hypo-thyroid for the last 2 years: Dizzy, lack of memory, low blood pressure, Fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, weak, exhausted...Have been taking 1 grain of Nature-Throid for many years and 25 ug T3. Have increased to 2 grain in the last 2 weeks.
An interpretation of the latest blood test results would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Those results don't suggest being very under medicated.
FT4 is very low, but that's typical on NDT
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
If/when on NDT and/or T3, make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time of splitting of dose day before test.
Have been taking 1 grain of Nature-Throid for many years and 25 ug T3. Have increased to 2 grain in the last 2 weeks.
So, when were these blood tests done? Before you increased your dose or after?
If before, they do not suggest you needed to increase your dose. Your FT3, the most important number, was almost at the top of the range. Increasing by 1 whole grain would send the FT3 over the top.
Your FT4 is low. That might matter and it might not. Some people need higher levels of FT4, some do well on lower levels.
If after, you didn't wait long enough to test. You should stay on a steady dose for six weeks before testing, otherwise, the results are not reliable. It takes at least six weeks for the dose to take full effect - especially the T4 in the NDT.
Besides, you shouldn't increase by 1 whole grain in one go. Increases of NDT should be maximum 1/4 grain every two weeks. Why did you increase, anyway? Do you still feel hypo?
