Having started ERFA natural thyroid in June of this year, I turned into superwoman. Even started running and thinking about getting a proper job one day. Great you say. BUT in the last few weeks my symptoms have returned and my TSH has spiked up a little after two years of it being under 1.0 and stable. Anyone had similar experiences? Would like to return to being superwoman if I can : )

Have you tried raising by, say, 1/4 or 1/2 a tablet to see what happens? (PS - I'm on NDT - thyroid-s. I do my own thing. My GP's only comment was "whatever you're doing it seems to be working, so keep doing it. We sadly agreed that he was unable to prescribe NDT.)
Without labs with reference ranges, it's impossible to say if you're optimally treated. Many people however have been having problems with Erfa for the past few years (after production moved from one country to another), but if you did well on it this summer it's likely you just need a raise.
If going by clinical symptoms alone, small increases may be helpful. I will give you a link by a Scientist/doctor and specialist in Thyroid Hormone Resistance which may be helpful:-
