You are under-medicated. 50 mcg is only a starter dose. You should have been tested six weeks after starting it and your dose increased by 25 mcg. The aim of treatment is to bring your TSH down to 1 or under, wherever it takes for your Frees to be in the upper part of their ranges, where you feel well. Your FT3 is very low, and it's low T3 that causes hypo symptoms.
Your folate and B12 are too low, and your vit D could be higher.
Only started on 25 as over 50 years old. . . I was retested after 6 weeks.....but would only measure TSH which had gone down to 3. 6 so gp agreed to go to 50 to bring me to around 2 .....sufficient he said.
OK, so your doctor knows nothing about treating hypo. Over 2 is much too high. And, as I said, your FT3 is far too low for good health, so your really ought to point that out to him. Although he probably won't know what T3 is. Looks like you're going to have a struggle on your hands to get properly treated.
I have high ferritin it means your have inflammation in your body mine is 300 as well. I have tried to lower it without success. My Doctor told me if it reaches 800 that is the time to worry because it can damage your organs so I would keep having regular blood tests to check it. It can be lowered by donating blood if it gets too high.
