These are my latest blood test results. I wasn’t expecting to have them done so I hadn’t fasted and I’d taken my usual levo that morning.
I only got these printed this morning but I seen the doctor on Wednesday who told me the results. He told me my tsh was 3.25 (I can’t find that anywhere on the results) and that everything else was in range so everything’s fine with my thyroid and he’s sending me off for different tests for my other issues as he says they are unrelated to my thyroid 🤔 I’m being sent for an mri for my dizziness and headaches, an abdominal scan for my stomach pains and bloating, an internal scan for my heavy periods and counselling for my anxiety and depression. 😫😫
Surely my T4 should be higher to be in range and I can’t find any tsh on these 🤔
T3 was requested but the labs refused to do it.

Well, that's a pity that you were unaware a blood test would be taken.
If you've been diagnosed as hypothyroid I think I'd ask for another blood test but GP maybe not give permission as they are unaware that tests are affected by food or not fasting. Maybe get a private test or wait until another blood test is due. A TSH of 3.25 is not FINE - the aim is 1 or lower.
The aim of levothyroxine is to increase the dose slowly in 25mcv steps until TSH is at least under 2 and most important results are that FT4 is in top third of range and FT3 at least half way in range
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after any dose change
Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking?
