If you post your levels, plus units of measurement, it will be possible to suggest appropriate doses.

Thorne vitamin D drops are quite good. They are what I used to raise my D level back up.

I use Solgar liquid B12 which I find very good . After several attempts with vit D (several brands of tablets made me come out in awful rashes) I now take a vegetable liquid vit D which is a bit more expensive but no rashes . Both have helped getting levels correct

Best not to supplement B12 (or folate/folic acid) without further testing for B12D or PA first. I use Nature's Answer D3 drops and am very happy with them (I also take K2).

If you need large doses of D and B12, leave out pills and capsules which have got plenty of additional no-food harmful ingredients and go for liquid liposomal (that are soya free - read the ingredients).

Good quality liposomal vitamins with no additional useless substances which I have been using over years are from Yoga Nutrition, liquid VitaBay, (see for example Amazon), and ActiNovo (from Germany they have got an online shop). B12 needs to be used together with other B vitamins, and Vit D3 together with K2.
