Zizzy1591 It depends what you want, what brand. There are some decent brands on Amazon, I find Bodykind very good for price and service with some good brands, some I get from Lifestyle Labs, some from Health Monthly, Big Vits do some US brands not always easy to get, some I buy direct eg Cytoplan, BioCare.

What have you got in mind?

I was advised Magnesium Citrate and K2-MK7 😊

Mg citrate is supposed to be better for constipation. I want it for skeletal health, so use chelated. I eat kefir for K2. It is high in B12, & a good source of protein, as I'm veggie.

Zizzy1591 You can get Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate powder from Amazon, dissolve in a little warm water, cool and add some juice. Nice small drink, pleasant taste, no tablets or capsules so no nasty fillers or unwanted ingredients if you buy the unflavoured variety

K2-MK7 - Solgar brand contains calcium, we don't need that if we're not tested deficient plus other unnecessary ingredients so I wouldn't advise that one. This is a good one and contains olive oil to help absorption K2 is a fat soluble vitamin so needs fat to be absorbed)

Use Louise's link to buy from Amazon

The greengrocers. :)

Otherwise, I get Solgar magnesium & sublingual B12, & Floradix iron. These are available online at lots of different shops, as well as the high street.

I buy vitamins made by Bio-Tech Pharmacal, because they are hypo-allergenic

Hi,

Taking a multivitamin every day provide several health benefits. Multivitamins are dietary supplements that come in tablet, capsule or pill form and provide you with an array of essential vitamins and minerals.

A few days back I bought vitamin supplements from Amabel at very affordable cost and are very effective. I would suggest you buy from there.
