I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism on 19 March 2019 (which was identified as Hashimoto’s by my doing a Medichecks test in April 2019).
I would be grateful for your help with analysing my tsh/t4/t3 results and my b12/ferritin/folate/Vit D results and giving me any recommendations. Thank you.

My 100mcg starting dose was reduced to 75mcg following the surgery tsh result on 10 May. As I became unwell within a week I went to 75/100 on alternate days but still wasn't right to then went back to 100 with the doctor’s agreement. He said come back after 12 weeks on whatever I decide works best (100 I think, at the moment) – that will be beginning of September 2019.
Here are the other results which I have only had tested once:
14 June 2019:
B12 : 387 pg/mL (200-900)
Ferritin : 127 ng/mL (10-120)
Folate : 7.4ng/mL (3-12)
Vit D (D2+D3): 94.4nmol/L (50-150)
The surgery did a serum B12 test. Should I have asked for active B12?
Due to the ferritin result, the doctor told me to stop taking iron supplements. I wasn’t taking any though, so she recommended re-testing in 12 weeks.
I am now supplementing Vit D with 25ug D3 per day.
Thank you very much for your help.
