FT4 11.8. 11. 23.

Felt too wired and hair falling out and not sleeping too well. So took 1.1/2 and 12.5 Levothyroxine a day and re tested.

TSH 1.3

FT3 4.31

FT4 8.5

Hair still falling out and lots of Hypo symptoms.

At last got GP to test....

Vit D 61

B12. 395. 197. 771

Folate 20. 2.00 18.7

Ferritin 65.3. 20. 260.0

I know I need D but how much?

And Ferritin but how much?

And B12?

I will ditch the Levothyroxine .

I have some Metavive 1. Should I add that as the extra 1/4 TMan caused hyper symptoms?

that is a big change, from decreasing only 1/4. it looks like levo is not working. Can you increase the ndt and see if you get the same symptoms?

Metavive 1 is NDT so I have already started on that. It’s about 15mg of NDT. I just wonder if I should increase it as I can feel the T3 wearing off and the pain returning to my hands, arms and feet and the pins and needles in my lower legs.

My D has halved since April 18 from 123 to 61 so I think that has a lot to do with it.

I have lost about 50% of my hair😔

do you think the hair loss is from the vid d decreasing? have you stopped the supplement, what do u think caused the decrease?

D and B12 down, change of diet to almost veggie a couple of years ago to blame I expect.

D does seem to be implicated by google! And under 75 is under optimum according to my lab. The GP has not picked up on this and has written no action required on all my terrible thyroid results too .
