I wrote a couple of weeks ago about how fed up I was etc, I have since got some updated test results and seeing a GP tomorrow.

I still think I need to add T3 to my medication but I know I will not get it from the NHS.

My ferritin and folic have got better since October but my vit d is getting low, bare in mine I am Latina with olive skin and tan easily so melanin is high, I also work outdoors, so I’m going to have to supplement that again. My antibodies have increased too. T4 has also decreased. But TSH Has very slightly gone up. My vit b12 is the same but my question is... could I have a liver problem that won’t let me convert t4 to t3 properly that could also be causing me to store high levels of b12. I have a healthy diet but surely I shouldn’t be this high consistently?

Your conversion is not as bad as you think just needs a little improvement. Your ferritin is not too high either you just need to keep an eye on red meat consumption. I would suggest you try selenium supplement to help conversion and even a gluten free diet both of those would also help lower your antibodies. Your CRP isn't raised very much so I wouldn't worry about your liver in relation to your ferritin. My vitamin D didn't start rising until I took magnesium glycate.

The CRP isn't raised at all magsyh . At 1.24 it is well within the range of <5.0.

Women's CRP should ideally be under 1 and men under 0.8. 5 is an upper limit.

Yes I'm aware of the optimal limits, although I've read that for men it is recommended that the level be below 0.55. I was commenting on the description of the result as "raised" which is taken to mean above a reference interval, and proportionately would be more worrisome than a result being within range but slightly higher than optimal.

Not much point in trying to lower antibodies, you'd still have Hashi's. However, if one is sensitive to gluten, going gluten-free can get rid of a few symptoms. :)

Already on selenium and gf! I have exhausted everything, I’m not new to the party. On my previous post I have written about my continuous symptoms.
