I moved to NDT couple months ago. I was on T3. I have no thyroid due to RAI so was keen to try the NDT for all the hormones. I have just had my first blood results back. They look like I’m just in range but still got a suppressed TSH
TSH <0.01 (0.35-3.5)
Free T4 9 (8.0-21)
Free T3 4.1 (3.8-6.0)
I am taking 2.5 grains and wasn’t sure if I needed to try 3 grains but unsure now I’ve seen results of TSH.

A low, even suppressed, TSH is to be expected when taking NDT, I expect you had it taking just T3 as well, it's the T3 that causes it to be low (as well as a low FT4).
Free T3 4.1 (3.8-21)
That is an incorrect range, you've put the upper limit of FT4 range here, not the upper limit of FT3 range. There's usually about 3 to 3.5 points between lower and upper limit of FT3 range. Your FT3 is very low in range, if you feel symptomatic there is plenty of room for an increase in your dose of NDT. Around the upper 1/3 to 1/4 of range is typically where most people feel best when on NDT.
But you say you feel really well, so in that case leave things as they are for the moment. But as you are only 2 months into taking NDT, you may feel the need to increase in the future.
Yes thank you. Just amended the ranges. Yes I feel well. I feel more focused and on it. Sometimes in the evening I feel very mildly symptomatic. But not every evening. The temperature is now on the increase so maybe during spring and summer I may be fine on the 2.5 but consider increasing to 3 grains during winter months. 😀😘
