Thyroglobulin high: Hello! I have hypothyroidism... - Thyroid UK
Thyroglobulin high
Pernicious anemia can cause high TG antibodies, plus most likely your hypothyroidism is due to autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto's, which also can cause high TG antibodies

You state your TSH is fine - is it at 1 or lower? Not higher. Do you have the ranges for T3 and T4, although free T3 and free T4 tests are more informative.

Blood tests for hypothyroidism should be at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of levothyroxine and the test and take it afterwards? This helps keep the TSH at its highest as that's all doctors seem to notice and are happy if it is anywhere in the range.
Also, if you can add some of your thyroid history into your profile, it means you don't have to be asked repeat questions as members can read before replying, if they wish.
Levothyroxine should also be taken on an empty stomach, and wait an hour before eating. Food interferes with the uptake of the hormones which should be taken with one full glass of water.
