I had total thyroidectomy due to cancer 4 years ago and been on generic levothyroxine by same manufacture for 15 months. Labs are out of whack still can’t get balanced any suggestions

Creatinine. 1.10 high. 0.57-1.00

TSH 0.251. Low. 0.45-4.5

GFR. 55 low. Greater than 55

Ferritin serum. 204 high. 15-150

Free T3. 2.7 normal. 2.0-4.4

T4 free direct 1.54 normal 0.62-1.77

TPO peroxidase. 10 normal. 0-14

B12. 325. Normal 232-1245

Vitamin D 34 Normal 30-100

Thank you for advice

Looks like these are not UK lab results? What has the doctor said about high ferritin and reduced kidney function? Have you had a full iron panel? Do you suffer from bladder infections? Do you have coexisting conditions? Do you take other medication?

What exactly do you mean by 'out of whack' and 'balanced'? You appear to have a conversion problem. Which is why your FT4 is quite high in range, but your FT3 is low. And that is unlikely to 'balance' on T4 only.
