NP Thyroid - Works amazingly well but the Bloating!! (Hashi)

Does anyone suffer from excessive bloat while using NP Thyroid?

Finally I've managed to find an NDT that actually works for a Hashi suffer - So good in fact I feel like 20 years old!! My biking and GYM activities are a breeze.

Through the years , I trialled:

Levothyroxine (Actavis, Teva, Mercury Pharma) All result in joint pain, low temps, cracked and dry skin.

Nature Thyroid - This put me in bed, horrendous Joint pain/fatigue

Pfizer liothyronine - This caused an extensive rash on torso.

Tiromel - Seems to work OK but causes my Heart to pound to which it become unbearable - Even on 6.25mg.

NP Thyroid - Finally a product that works BUT causes bloat! I read somewhere it could be due to the maltodextrin excipient?

I would like to hear folks thoughts

I'm undecided now whether to try as one last attempt - WP Thyroid.

I am from Canada and take NDT “thyroid” and also suffer from extreme bloating. It only started once taking the medication. I am seeing a GI specialist but all test are coming back negative and everything is pointing to the dessicated thyroid medication. I am switching to synthroid to see if my bloating goes away. It seems to have abated somewhat. I’ve cut out Caffine and that has made a big difference.

Nothing else works for me so far so I’m sticking with it.

Thank you! I noticed today bloating after matcha green tea so I will try stopping caffeine as well. Thank you!

I’ve not tried WP thyroid - tbh I’m reluctant to try anything else now I’ve found something that actually works.
