thyriod issues

Hi can any one help i had a bit of a rough 2 years i was daignosed with under active thyriod on thyroxine 125 my b12 was low and now in normal range my vit d was low and now is getting better currenly last test was 50 for vitaim suffering with cronic consipation and low blood pressure now currently having tests for low heart rate low pluse rate had heart scan ct now having a echo scan next week . can any help give me ideas on what do next as i do feel that this is all to do with my thyriod blood tests shows in normal range THS Top end a little higher tsh ?
