6-8 weeks blood test after starting levo

The doc has sanctioned my 6 weeks blood tests (after starting levo). A different doc this time and she has sanctioned different bloods as follows .....

TSH

FREE T3

THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (TPO)

THYROID RECEPTOR ANTIBODIES (TRAB)

THYROID FUNCTION TEST (TFT)

THYROGLOBULIN & THYROGLOBULIN ABS

VIT D

VIT B12

FOLATE

BONE PROFILE.

FT4 is not listed.

Ferritin isn't listed.

I am in Uk and it is an Nhs doctor. The previous doc sanctioned FT4 and Ferritin but this doc didn't.

GP or endo? I'd be very surprised if FT3 gets done, but if it is, and FT4 and Ferritin are added, that's a perfect set of tests.

GP sanctioned bloods but I have an endo appt at the beginning of Feb. I listed my previous results and ranges before starting levo which I clouded T4 and T3 and ferritin.
