Hi, hope you guys are all as well as can be expected.. Can anyone advise me on the above, I am taking 4 x 5mcg of T3 and was wondering if the Magnesium wouldn't interact..

No problem. Just make sure you take the magnesium at least 4 hours away from your thyroid meds.
Magnesium Citrate pulls water from the body into the bowel and could cause dehydration.
A good one contains malate, orolate and taurate add to water and then into a cup of tea. I have just started this one and feel good.
